➳ Respect everyone ’s property. People took their time to build this world. Everything that you need must be crafted and/or gathered by yourself. never destroy things that are built and never add any block to things that are built.
➳ PERSONAL BUILDINGS MUST BE MADE TO THE LEFT OF SPAWN<<— PASS THE UNDERSEA TUNNEL (Phoneix City is currently built-up, if you like that city you can build in the sky!)
➳ Please do not build on/ above/ below/ inside any already exited buildings.
Houses must be easily traversed. Build so that players may pass through without having to climb over. You have to build a minimum of 6 blocks away from houses that are already built. New buildings have to be built at least 3 blocks OFF the ground with columns/ ladders/ elevators Don’t use doors because they are glitchy and other players sometimes can’t pass through them.
➳ You need to get a permission in order to build on the right side of spawn.
➳ Do not dig holes in the ground. If you must do so, please fill them up after you dig.
➳ Ask admins to craft a protective sign for you.
*note: Any building considered an obstruction may be altered or removed by admins. If your houses have been demolished by admins it’s prbably because the buildings were 1) too closed to other buildings. 2) built on restricted areas. 3). aesthetically unacceptable.
➳ Use maximum two portals per island, any extra portals will be removed.

No Telling/showing people how to leave spawn
No Killing or hitting trolls
No Inappropriate profile names/pictures
☞ Strictly no duping. Admins/Mods will be demoted if found duping or teaching people how to dupe. If you crash the server you will be banned instantly. (Remember to NOT spam the TP!)
☞ Never sell, give away or loan: Gems, pickaxes, golden chests, PCs, TPs and portals.
☞ NO PUBLIC TRADE PORTALS ARE ALLOWED. Any unattended trade portal will be removed. You have to use iron doors and have protective signs if you want to place trade portals in your house
☞ Portal chests can only be made after a week of joining the server. No Loaning portal chests.
☞ Never leave your chests unattended. Any unattended chests/ woodenshelves will be removed
☞ Do not use recycle bins unless you use safes instead of chests. Griefer are attracted to recyle bins and will take advantage of what’s inside .
☞ Supershops and any kind of hacks are ILLEGAL. If we caught you using them you’ll banned without warning.
