New server

- No jetpacks
- No excessive amount of placed portals. If there’s one in your area, don’t place another unless you want to craft something from the portal. Remove it after.
- Littering is prohibited
- No flooding
- Don’t build with titanium blocks without purpose or consideration.
This server is still empty hehe. I had just started it today.
