Noodlecake - support and update delays & what you can do

I will no longer be handing Android support queries, as they appear to be on top of their support queue.

Those of you with an open Noodlecake support ticket, hang in there. They will get back to you as soon as they can, and they extend their sympathy with your frustration. If your email was not sent originally by clicking on the link in the HELP/CREDITS screen in the game, make sure when you reply you include your support ID.

Your support ID is private information, that we use to ID your account, and verify that you are the owner. Never share it with anyone but the game developers, namely Noodlecake Studios (Android developer) and Majic Jungle (us). It is located in the Support section of the HELP/CREDITS screen, reached from the in-game pause menu.


How long have they been aware?

I have no idea.

Are the issues with IAPs happening on only Android, or are there reports from Apple users too?

Nothing to what is being reported for Android, but there is a slight change. The good thing about IAP issues is that people almost always get in touch.

Updating, as their support backlog is apparently cleared.
