I want to disable these… how do I do this? I get an email for every single notification and it’s irritating

Well… a good thing to note in this is what email service you’re using.

Go to your preferences. Then emails.

I’m using google gmail

Then what @WumboJumbo and @PorkyTheChop have said is the way to go, I also use gmail, and this is the way.
